Every note lives in your browser's IndexedDB (database md-knowledge-base) and auto-saves 300ms after each edit. The top bar shows "saving… / saved HH:MM:SS" so you always know your state.
顶栏切到「看板」模式，所有笔记按状态进入三条泳道；把卡片拖到另一列，状态立刻写回 IndexedDB。 Switch to board mode and every note slots into one of three lanes; drag a card to another lane and its status is written back to IndexedDB instantly.
